It looks like the website fixed itself. One night, no one could click through to an article, much less comment. The next day, they could. All I can figure is that the hosting company had an issue or were updating software/hardware, and the problem resolved itself. Whew. Good. This means I don’t have to waste more time on mechanical issues.
So, back to the revision!
I’m still a little ahead of where I should be by this time. Yesterday I was not only tired, but didn’t feel all that well. Still, by creeping along, I was able to get to nearly four thousand words revised. I call that a successful day. 🙂
Mother Hen is having a harder time. They switched her to a different room for the radiation and they needed to take a few x-rays to get ready for her last seven days of radiation. Unfortunately, this is the radiation bed with the head-rest that hurts her neck. It’s not a problem for the few short minutes a radiation treatment takes, but it is for a series of x-rays.
Unfortunately, it’s not a simple switching of a room, as each room has its own schedule. Mother Hen came home crying, shaky, and depressed. We doctored her up and she had a good nap. She’s doing a little better tonight, but I have a feeling her shakes won’t go away until after she gets a full night of sleep. Come Monday, we may need to speak to the doctor and his office about it. We do not like having our Mother Hen in pain!
Hugs to Mother Hen!
