As I suspected, I wasn’t able to get to 31 short stories for the Forward Motion May Story-A-Day challenge. I’m not complaining, however. 13 short stories is still a great number.
However, I now have all these great short story ideas lingering around the hard drive. Seems a shame to not write them. So, I decided I will be, only it will be 31 short stories in the year of 2012!
Today I finished off #14, and I suspect it will end up revised and released sooner rather than later:
Company layoffs force starship-pilot Alfonso Wickham to pull double-duty as ground liaison, but when local opportunist thieves steal his cargo they find themselves pursued by a man at his breaking point.
After overseeing the downsizing of the construction facility at Arcturus, Zada Harper finds herself the next target of the ISC Corporation, but she isn’t about to go quietly.
